Townsville Integrated Health Care Precinct (TIHCP) specialises in psychiatric care. We provide services to the Townsville and the wider Queensland area.
Our psychiatrist, Dr Gundabawady is highly trained and qualified within his field
of specialty, to deliver therapies best effective in enabling greater outcomes for
his patients.

Psychiatrist – A Psychiatrist is a medical doctor who is an expert in mental health. They specialise in diagnosing and treating people with mental illnesses.
A medico-legal assessment is generally requested when an independent doctor’s opinion (outside of a claimant’s treating team) is required from an insurer or other legal pathway.
